How can I make a purchase from the Store?

In order to make a purchase you must be registered on the system. Go to the registration form by clicking on the option Register as a new customer and fill in the information required. Once you have finished the registration process you will receive an e-mail enabling you to activate your account. Follow the instructions in this e-mail to proceed with the activation process..

How can I activate my account with the Store?

You can request the activation e-mail by going to the menu Options -> Modify my registration information. This form gives you the Receive the activation e-mail option. Remember to indicate the e-mail address which you used to register for the store.

How can I find publications in the Store?

You can search for publications from the catalogue. You must enter a search criterion to look for an item. Search criteria can be by Title, ISBN (International Standard Book Number), ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), Description or Author.

The search results will appear in order, firstly by title, then by year of publication.

The results are displayed by page. You can browse the different results pages using the links Previous and Next located at the top and at the bottom of the page.

How can I cancel my order or return a copy?

You can only make returns of defective copies by contacting the publications department of the Ministry of Justice. To contact send an e-mail to tienda.publicaciones@mjusticia.es. Remember to indicate your identification information, including:

  • The e-mail address which you used to register for the Store.
  • Details of the purchase and date.
  • Details of defective copy or copies you want to change.
  • Your contact details if different from the e-mail that you registered with.
When will my orders be charged to my card?

Your card will be charged immediately. Your card issuer will charge you the relevant amount according to the type of contract you have with them.

Is it possible to buy gift vouchers?

It is not currently possible to purchase gift vouchers.

I have not received my account activation e-mail

You can request the activation e-mail by going to the menu Options -> Modify my registration information. This form gives you the optionReceive the activation e-mail. Remember to indicate the e-mail address you used to register for the store.

When do I need to identify myself in the Store?

You can consult the store catalogue without having to be registered. You can also add publications to your shopping basket without needing to identify yourself.

When you start the purchase process you will need to identify yourself as a store customer. If you are a new customer and do not have a customer account, you will need to register to be able to continue with your purchase. You also need to be registered in order to check your orders, modify your registration details or request to close your account with the store.

How can I close my account with the Store?

You can request to close your account by going to the menu Options->Close my account. Your account will be closed with the store as soon as the appropriate verifications have been made.

An error occurred when I was making the payment. What can I do?

If your credit card has been charged but the system has not provided you with a valid receipt of purchase, you can contact the publications store by sending an e-mail to tienda.publicaciones@mjusticia.es. Remember to indicate your identification information, including:

  • The e-mail address which you used to register for the Store.
  • Details of the purchase, date and time and description of the error.
  • Your contact details if different from the e-mail that you registered with.
What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with credit cards such as 4B, MasterCard and Visa to purchase in the publications store

What information do I need to give when contacting the Ministry of Justice publications department about a problem with a purchase in the Online Store?

How can I change an order?

To change your order you must contact the Ministry publications department by sending an e-mail to tienda.publicaciones@mjusticia.es.Remember to indicate your identification information, including:

  • Details of the purchase, date and time.
  • Details of the copy or copies you wish to change.
  • Your contact details if different from the e-mail that you registered with.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

This form has the option Forgotten your password? Click here . Remember to indicate the e-mail address you used to register for the store.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once the bank has confirmed the payment made to the Centro de Publicaciones current account has been correctly processed, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours for mainland Spain and 48 hours for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Deliveries abroad are governed by the regulations in the destination country.

What delivery rates and options are there for purchases?

Delivery costs are free for the entire national territory and will be 15 Euros for deliveries abroad. These rates do not apply to e-book downloads.

Your order will be dispatched via post.

What file viewer do I need to be able to open the purchase receipt?

In order to be able to view the purchase receipt you need to have version 9 or higher of Adobe Reader installed

How do I log out once the purchase?

After the purchase, press "Back to Catalogue". "Options" on the right side of your screen, you will find the "exit" option.

How can I check an order?

You can check your orders by going to the menu Options -> Check my purchases.

¿Cómo recuperar el archivo digital que ha comprado?

 

Si no ha podido descargar su archivo en el momento de la compra tendrá a su disposición durante los siguientes 15 días la posibilidad de descargarse la publicación desde su espacio personal de usuario en la tienda. Desde “Opciones” en la pestaña “Ver mis compras”.
