The citizen may exercise at any time, before the data processing officer, the following rights:
Right of access. You can obtain confirmation from the data processing officer as to whether or not the personal data concerning you are being processed.
Right of rectification. You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you rectified by the data processing officer.
Right to be forgotten. When the requirements for this are met, you can request the data processing officer to delete your personal data.
Right to revoke consent before the data processing officer, when the necessary requirements for each case are met.
In the field of public authorities, it is sufficient for a processing operation to be legitimate for the body to have the competence to carry out this activity (Article 6.1 (e) of the GDPR). Therefore, in general and unless expressly stated otherwise,
you do not need to give your consent to this Ministry for us to process your personal data.
Right to restrict the use of data. This right is also exercised with the data processing officer, when the necessary requirements of each case are met.
Right to challenge any decision taken on the data of the citizen based solely on computer processing (without human intervention) when the requirements for this are met. You can also appeal to the Spanish Data Protection Agency when you consider that any treatment or attention to a request of yours on data processing has been contrary to the Law.
The right of portability
does not apply, in accordance with Article 20(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
