A Will Certificate is the essential document to conduct any succesion act.Therefore, if a death has occurred, it is essential to obtain it.

The Will Certificate certifies whether a person has drawn up a will and before which notary public. Thus, the people who may have a legal right to an inheritance may contact the notary public or notary office authorzing the last will and obtain an authorized copy of the same.
