The Ministry of Justice informs you that access to and use of the website www.mjusticia.gob.esand all the subdomains and directories included therein (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Portal), as well as the services or content that may be obtained through it, are subject to the terms detailed in this Disclaimer, without prejudice to the fact that access to any of the said services or content may require the acceptance of additional General Conditions.

Therefore, if you do not agree with the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, please do not use the Portal, as any use you make of it or of the services and contents included in it will imply your acceptance of the legal terms set out in this text.

The Ministry of Justice reserves the right to make changes to the Portal without prior notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or delete the contents of the Portal or its design.

The contents and services offered by the Portal are updated periodically. Due to the fact that information is not updated immediately, we suggest that you always check the validity and accuracy of the information, services and content contained in the Portal.

Multilingual version

This website of the Ministry of Justice is translated into several official Spanish languages in their respective territories, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its Statutes of Autonomy. The languages are Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian. It is also translated into English.

The content of the portal is translated at different levels of depth. The channel/sections (News) of the portal's home page are excluded from the translation, given the immediacy of the changes proposed in the portal, as well as the legal regulations.

It should be noted that, in general, there may be a discrepancy between the Spanish version and the version in the other languages, due to the process of translation into those languages.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and the concordant and implementing regulations, the Ministry of Justice processes personal data confidentially and exclusively for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.

Provided that the necessary requirements are met, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to the data by contacting the data controller or through the network of registry assistance offices . The right of portability does not apply, in accordance with Article 20(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Ministry of Justice undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with regard to personal data and the duty to treat them with confidentiality and security. To this end, it shall adopt the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

The Ministry of Justice maintains the levels of protection of your personal data and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data you provide to the Ministry of Justice, without prejudice to the fact that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

The Ministry of Justice reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or the interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. A technical, proprietary cookie called a JSESSIONID is used. This cookie allows a unique identifier per session to be stored, through which it is possible to link data necessary to enable the current navigation.

In addition to this, another one called an analytics cookie is used, proprietary, of a technical and session type. It manages the user's consent to the use of cookies on the website, in order to remember those users who have accepted them and those who have not, so that the former are not shown information about it at the top of the page.

These technical cookies are downloaded by default and are not subject to the obligation to inform and consent.

The Ministry's website uses a web analytics service developed by Google, Google Analytics, which allows the measurement and analysis of navigation on websites. To ensure anonymity, Google Analytics does not collect the full IP address, but truncated, so that it prevents Google Analytics from processing it to locate or collect personally identifiable information from site visitors. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any question related to the services of this Portal, shall be Spanish law.

For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from visiting the Portal or from the use of the services that may be offered therein, the Ministry of Justice and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile, provided that the same is located in Spanish territory.
