Measures to ensure access to pharmaceutical benefits in the National Health System
From 28 October and for 45 days, the province of Valencia shall be exempt from the obligation of stamping the seal for approving drug prescriptions as required for dispensing at pharmacies.
The Mutual Insurance shall guarantee dispensing of drugs and continuity of active chronic treatments in pharmacies for mutual insurance policyholders both public and private.
The Mutual Insurance shall guarantee access to treatments with those drugs dispensed in pharmacy services at authorized private hospitals, to be charged to the Mutual Insurance.
Measures to grant licenses and pay out temporary disability benefits
The Mutual Insurance shall guarantee continuity of payment of temporary disability and risk during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding benefits to those who were already receiving them before the DANA.
It shall also guarantee access to benefits for situations of temporary disability and risk initiated prior to the DANA.
The Mutual Insurance shall lend special consideration to situations of temporary disability caused by the damages of the DANA.
