Today, the second examination to evaluate professional proficiency to practice law corresponding to year 2025 was held, organized by the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Cortes. The purpose of this examination is to verify that applicants have the necessary training to practice the profession.
Since Law 34/2006, of 30 October, on the access to the professions of law and prosecution, came into force, passing this aptitude test is an imperative requirement to practice.
This examination was taken by 1,431 examinees out of the 1,597 who had been previously admitted. The evaluation took place online and synchronously, through the platform AVEX of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), and lasted a total of three hours. The event proceeded normally with no incidents reported.
Tomorrow, 14 November, the template with questions and provisional answers will be available on the website of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Cortes. The final results shall be published on the usual official channels.
