The Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Cortes, Félix Bolaños, presided today the meeting of the Situation Committee, which analyzed the evolution of the war in Ukraine and the conflict in the Near East, as well as their global impact.
At the meeting, the Committee agreed to forward to the National Security Council, the roadmap to strengthen resilience against the crises in the framework of the National Security System.
The Situation Committee acts as an operational support body for the National Security Council and is an essential part of the National Security System. In this framework, it collaborates and coordinates with various ministry mechanisms devoted to crisis management, as well as other public entities dependent on the Administration and involved in these tasks.
