The objective of this transformation is to streamline the organizational model, replacing the current structure, based on courts with a single judge, where competences are duplicated and material and human resources are dispersed, with a more agile and efficient system that can better meet the demands of society.
Thus, the new model is based on the Instance Courts, each one with a single supporting administrative organization, the Judicial Office, which allows distributing resources, improving organizational cohesion and providing a more efficient and accessible justice.
